Because I'm still recovering, some nights are difficult to sleep. I listened to this fascinating radio programme last night about, whether you agree with him or not, which was absolutely fascinating. He started his life pronounced a dunce at school and sleeping in the rough in a park, but by sheer willpower became a billlionaire. His views on food and its role in thinking and living a healthy old age would be hard to follow but certainly seem to work for him.
