Yes the Red House was a shop all the time I was growing up.I think it was a sweet shop,but I`m not sure.The girl that lived there was in my class at school.I`m sure Old Codger will know ,he`s been around forever Wink Grin

Yes I'm here!! a Mr Ash used to have the Red House shop when I was at skool? and I think his daughters name was Marian who was in our class at one time.

Forgot to say that it was a grocery shop and we used to get our sweets in there sometimes.

 ithought it was a shop like that... sold alsorts from what i can remember... not sure when it closed down though.... im 44 and can remember going in it
